Melatonin

Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the pineal gland that induces sleep.

Melatonin is mainly used to aid with sleep. The hormone causes tiredness by decreasing body temperature. It also helps with staying asleep and is said to increase dreaming.

It does not have many adverse effects besides "dizziness and headaches" http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/melatonin-side-effects/AN01717.

I sometimes take melatonin pills when I have difficulty sleeping or want an uninterrupted sleep. I have had no problems with it besides feeling drowsy in the morning. A bonus is that the pills are extremely cheap and effective.

Melatonin 5 mg - 120 Tablets - $10-15

Overall, I would say melatonin is a great choice for sleep aid and is an easy way to get a good nights sleep!

(It can also be taken as a liquid)

How to Sleep Better: NeuroSleep Drink Review

Having trouble sleeping? NeuroSleep is the answer!

A few months ago I was introduced to NeuroSleep by a friend with insomnia. She recommended it to me after I complained about my lack of sleep. She told me that she only needs to drink half of the bottle and it knocks her out.

At first, I was a little iffy, thinking it was just a placebo, but looking closer, I came across the ingredient Melatonin. I called my doctor to find out what it was and to see if it was safe. He told me that it is a hormone that causes drowsiness and that it's completely safe.

I decided to try it out and bought a few bottles the next day. That night, I took a bottle and drank it. To my surprise, it actually tasted pretty good, sort of like an off orange juice. After about 10 minutes it kicked in and I started feeling sleepy. A few minutes later, I was asleep. I had a great night's sleep. I was a little groggy in the morning, but it was worth it.

For being a semi-cheap, low calorie (35) drink, I definitely recommend this product.

Aggregate Blog

Hi all!

I chose the title of this blog based on its meaning.

Ag·gre·gate/ˈagrigit/

- forming a collection from separate parts.

Just as the definition says, I will be compiling multiple aspects in this blog, such as,

  • How-to guides,
  • Tutorials,
  • Reviews,
  • Informational posts,
  • Top 10s,
  •  And many more!

Why should I stick to one aspect or topic when there is so much to
write and
blog about?
